Summary: Fully capable to set up and operate any CNC Vertical Machining Center machine in the department. Will be capable of programming most parts in department. Other duties may be assigned.

Reads process sheets, job folders, blueprints, and work instructions of part to determine machining to be done, dimensional specifications, set up, and operating requirements.

Maintain job folder integrity.

Repair/adjust set-ups and tooling, troubleshoot nonconforming processes.

Selects and installs preset tooling in machine in sequence specified on process sheet.

Observes numerical displays on control panel and compares with data on process sheet to verify dimensional adjustments, feed rates, and speeds of machining cuts.

Inspects first run piece and spot checks succeeding pieces for conformance to specifications.

Summary Responsible for grounds, buildings and building equipment, maintenance, and construction. Oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of machine tools and equipment, electrical, gas, air, and water installations, sewers, and fire sprinklers, operation of building equipment and facilities, plant janitor service, and maintenance of grounds. Works with outside, contractors and architects on building construction, as necessary. Plans layout and assigns work to tradesmen in diagnosing and remedying difficult problems; reports on defective equipment, recommends replacement of obsolete or damaged equipment when estimate or repair cost is excessive. Expedites building and machine repairs in construction to avoid production delays. Responsible for purchasing machine maintenance equipment and working with vendors who install, maintain, rebuild and repair a wide variety of production or processing machines and equipment.

Summary The Senior Planner will plan, schedule, and coordinate the flow of work and materials to meet customer expectations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Manage new product development and plan for new product releases.
Review and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules per MRP system prompts and analytical judgment.
Work in conjunction with purchasing, engineering, customer service, program managers, quality, and the manufacturing department to determine progress of work and completion dates.
Compile reports on progress of work, inventory levels, costs, and production problems.
Compile information, such as production rates and progress, materials inventories, materials used, and customer information so that status reports can be completed.
Communicate priorities with other personnel, vendors, and customer service to coordinate production and shipping activities, and to resolve complaints or eliminate delays.
Revise production schedules when required due to design changes, backlogs, or other interruptions; collaborating with management, production, and engineering.
Examine documents, materials, and ;products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.
Responsible for managing the daily, weekly, and monthly MRP system maintenance.
Meet as required with the buyer to ensure that Purchase Orders are placed on time and to ensure on-dock date required by the system to support production.
Provide all monthly, weekly, and daily shop and assembly requirements to the Materials Manager, Manufacturing Manager, and appropriate Leads.
Assist production managers with work oder prioritization of processes and shop requirements.
Support all requests for delivery information from teh Sales Administration Group on an as needed basis.

Summary Develops new and updates existing PCBA designs which include a combination of logic, motor controls, and EMC/EMI protection and filtering. Analytical studies on engineering proposals to develop design for products by performing the following duties. The electrical design engineer is accountable for working with the mechanical engineer to ensure successful integration of electrical assemblies and components into a product.

Analyzes research data and proposed product specifications to determine feasibility of product proposal.

Prepare and direct printed circuit board assembly layout, detailed drawings and electrical schematics.

Analyze electrical components and assemblies to meet all customer and internal specification requirements for complex products including identifying suitable alternates for existing obsolete or end-of-life components.

Perform electrical simulation analyses to validate component sizing and performance.

Summary: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Customer Account Manager is a key member of the Customer Support Team (CST) who will support all products of CEF. Responsible for managing multiple customer accounts and for all functions of key customer accounts as it relates to the base business including bookings, pricing, and customer communication. The Customer Account Manager is the voice of the customer working with Operations to ensure key objectives are achieved.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Support the customer’s account and relationship

Collaborates with the Sales Manager and departments in meeting contractual commitments, production schedules and in resolving problems

Review and confirm customer contractual and PO requirements

Work with and provide guidance to the CA and SE assigned to the customer

Monitor, contest, and improve customer account scorecard data

Assist the Sales Manager on preparing bookings forecast and plan

As a member of the Customer Support Team (CST) works as part of a team to address all product line issues including production, engineering, delivery, sales, and quality

Prepare quotes and pricing for submittal to the Sales Manager

Lead customer OOR discussions to ensure accurate and timely information is provided to the customer

Support/lead customer visits both onsite and externally as requested

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; five (5+) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

This position is responsible for following procedures for product assembly, fabrication, test, equipment operation and safety requirements as documented in the company's quality system. He or she is responsible for assembling products, handling products, equipment and materials per the Production Department and company's quality system procedures.
